Small = 5.5-8 / Medium = 8.5-11
Men’s:
Small = 4-6.5 / Medium = 7-9.5 / Large = 10-12 / X-Large = 13-15
The Smooth Leather Heel is recommended for sticky approach conditions providing above average amount of slide.

Do i like them? Yes. Are they durable? not really. went to test them out at the lanes and this heel felt really nice although when i took it off almost all the fuzzy velcro on the slide peeled off.
